Yes, absolutely! The property will be presented with beds made up according to your reservation requirements (excluding sofa beds and trundles). Linen, including bath towels (one per person), and beach towels are provided for your convenience. Additionally, basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper will be supplied. For the kitchen, essential items like washing tablets, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels, cloths, cling wrap, and foil will also be available to ensure you have everything you need during your stay.

Certainly! Each property provides at least one free allocated parking space, with some offering two (please refer to the property descriptions for details). Additionally, there may be free street parking available nearby, though this is not guaranteed.

Check-in time is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. We understand flexibility is important, so earlier check-in and later check-out are possible at no extra cost, subject to availability. Simply request this upon booking, and I will confirm its availability 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Upon completing your booking, I will contact you to coordinate a meeting time at the property for a personal key handover, or alternatively, I will send you self-check-in instructions 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. You will receive two sets of keys for your convenience.

Here’s the cancellation policy breakdown:

  1. Up to 30 days prior to booking: Full refund.
  2. Within 30 days but up to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking fee will be forfeited.
  3. Within 14 days of arrival: The full amount will be forfeited unless the property can be rebooked for the same dates, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Security Deposit:

  • A security deposit is required to cover any costs, expenses, damages, breakages, or other losses that may occur during your stay at the property.
  • This deposit will be refunded to your nominated bank account within 2 working days after the property has been checked post your departure.

ID Verification:

  • To ensure security and prevent unlawful use of stolen credit cards, the property requires verification.
  • Your ID will be checked to confirm that the name on the credit card used for payment matches the name on the provided ID.

These measures are in place to safeguard both parties and ensure a secure and smooth transaction. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

Yes, each property includes free WiFi for your convenience. To avoid incurring extra internet charges, please be mindful of your download usage. Upon arrival, you’ll find a manual inside the property providing the login information for the WiFi. Additionally, there will be a picture frame with WiFi details displayed on the wall inside the property for easy reference.

Each property is equipped with a washing machine/dryer for your convenience, and washing powder will be provided for your use. Additionally, you’ll find a clothes drying rack, as well as an iron and ironing board, ensuring you have everything you need to take care of your laundry during your stay.

Please note that parties or events are strictly prohibited at all of our properties. We kindly request that all guests be considerate of our neighbours by keeping noise levels down after 9 pm. Your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment is greatly appreciated.

Each booking incurs a cleaning fee, which varies based on the size of the property (please refer to each property listing for specific details). We kindly request that upon departure, guests leave the property in good order. This includes cleaning and putting away dishes, ensuring the kitchen countertops are free of leftover food, and taking out the rubbish to the main council bins. Your cooperation in maintaining cleanliness is appreciated to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Yes, we are pleased to offer a baby highchair and a baby porta cot free of charge for your convenience. Please ensure to request these items at the time of booking so that we can arrange them prior to your stay. While we provide the porta cot, please remember to bring your own porta cot sheet. We aim to ensure your family’s comfort during your time with us.

  • Full Payment: The full amount for the booking is payable at the time of reservation.
  • Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 is also required at the time of booking.

For security purposes, please be aware that a Ring security camera has been installed outside the front door of each property. This camera operates continuously, recording footage at all times.
